The above picture says it all why we love Arizona.

Finished off my outdoor kitchen and I love the functionality of it. Plan C after two wind fail editions. This one is strong and i like the looks of it. Just added a 49 inch TV in December to replace this 32 inch.

Just one of many fun afternoon evenings playing games with friends.

Concerts and dances here are a blast. Next year Jackie & I get to see every concert free as we have volunteered to do the set up and take down of the chairs for each event.

Fred & I have done every St Patty’s day on the deck at Fat Willy’s for years. Since retiring in 2014 so at least 10 of them plus the odd one prior as both bought into VP in 2007/08 . In 2025 St Patty’s Fred will eating a Mexican taco ( no one knows what meat they use) and having yellow beer, but with a lime LOL

We had a blast with Jackson in Mesa again. Loads of fun.

Our stop at Vegas was a lot of fun. Just wish he would have went on the roller coaster with me.

Starting to golf in April and had many many fun games. Just over 100 games between Calgary and Arizona. You would think I would be good by now.

Happy Mothers Day’s
May Long Week Tradition every year which I look forward to every year.

Many projects completed which are always fun. I love the girls shed with it’s new doors and color palate. New windows in our dance hall at Oasis thanks to a donation with Audrey’s help.. Oasis lot with only a few minor tweaks. Fixes on the motorhome.

One of the most fun family vacations we have taken. One week on a houseboat with the gang was exceptional. Lots of FIRST fish experiences. Even watching the Oilers on board. It was blast each day with the boys and girls.

Love the camping trips. Jackie mobile office the motorhome, fishing with Fred, golf trips with the Harry’s all made for a fun summer.
100 golf games in a season makes it a success. I have had a few go to’s. I golf with my Viewpoint group, I golf with my Saskatoon group, I golf with my Turner Valley group, we golf with the Graces, we golf with the Harry’s and I like to golf alone with Jackie so we are all set.

Our Grandkids can only be described as the smartest and best looking kids there is.

And just a few random pictures that I love and tell a story about 2024

Another year gone by. It was a wonderful year overall. We did a lot of golfing. Had some wonderful camping trips. Had some weird stuff happen on the May Long. Completed and enjoyed quite a few projects. It could only be described as a very good year. For me one of the best family vacations ever on the houseboat. Spent a way too much money again but it is waste to have it in the bank. We are very fortunate. Jackie and I are in good shape health wise. We are doing what we enjoy to the most degree. Have numerous different interests with golf, camping, fishing, projects, traveling, Daisy, our kids and Grandkids. Plus I love Wordle. LOL
Love life as it is very short, enjoy it now.
Looking forward to 2025 with a few things already planned. Our May Long is at Jarvis Bay with 8 potential units. My 50th High School reunion is in May. Our French Polynesian Cruise will be incredible and is in September along with Jackie’s 65th birthday.
I am hoping with the Harry’s retiring we can get in some more week camping, planning to see the Graces in Invermere and hoping for good weather to get golf in.
HERE IS TO THE END OF ANOTHER WONDERFUL YEAR.
